A true Indianapolis-born Hoosier, Hannah joins the Studio as a career real estate professional. In 2010, Hannah graduated from Indiana University with a degree in telecommunications and minor in business marketing. 
      
     Mike grew up in the Bangor, Maine area, arriving in Indiana in 2003 when he attended Purdue to obtain his MBA. Prior to joining Everhart Studio, he held positions as a stockbroker and healthcare consultant. His experiences in these fields helped to develop his strong communication and negotiation skills. 
      
      Hannah began her career as a real estate agency showings coordinator. The experience sparked her love of real estate – which in her family is a heritable lineage. Hannah’s mother worked as an agent for 19 years, and her grandmother also worked in the profession. Hannah says, “It’s in my blood.” 
     
      For a time, they both worked at an accounting firm where they fell in love and became business and life partners. “One of the many things we bonded over was our love of real estate and design,” says Hannah. “Our DIY projects grew both in scale and scope, and soon we had the opportunity to perform our first full house remodel. Shortly thereafter, we started our renovation and remodel company, Monarch Homes, LLC and both enrolled in real estate school.” 
     
     As the Monarch Team, Mike and Hannah offer their clients a vast knowledge of home construction and design. Both are passionate about real estate and enjoy browsing Mibor in their free time. “We truly love all things home,” they say. 
     
      When not renovating houses or working with clients, the pair loves trying new restaurants, attending concerts, riding bikes, and hanging out with their 7 year old Samoyed, Shaka.
