Dylan joined the Studio in 2018 after a California-based career in the entertainment and motion picture industries. He initially toured with the Grammy Award winning San Francisco Bay Area based ensemble group, Chanticleer; then moved to Los Angeles and worked as a wardrobe stylist. He grew up in Cottage Home, the cozy near-east side neighborhood minutes from Downtown Indy. There, he began cultivating his appreciation for urban places. When he returned to Indy, the pieces fell into place, and Dylan rekindled his passion for the rapidly developing Downtown landscape. “I also love the idea of helping people in the important task of finding an ideal place to live and invest,” he says.

Dylan chose Everhart Studio for “its amazing track record as pioneers in the Downtown area and because of the strength of their reputation and pedigree.” He brings enthusiasm and an understanding of city living, dwelling spaces, design, and architecture to the Studio. “I also bring a strong work ethic and an ardent approach toward the work of fulfilling the needs of my clients. I will work diligently to find the right property for my buyers, and the right buyers for my sellers,” he says.

In his spare time, Dylan likes to make music, cook for his wife, practice yoga, and spend time with his amazing family. He lives in Woodruff Place, with its fountains, grand estates, and tree-lined drives. “What I love most about Woodruff Place are friendly neighbors and real sense of community,” he says.
